I ordered on Saturday 21/8/2004 at 19:59 GMT It arrived on Tuesday before lunch.

I was very pleased with the speed and courtesy of the emails I received. I could track my parcel through its connections with the Royal Mail. I found the experience very good and would recommend the company to others.

My order followed an abortive order with another company who claimed to have the product in stock but then emailed to say I would have to wait a week BUT their website still showed the product as available from stock. I obvously cancelled and ordered from t-mobile-gear.

when i went on your website it had the nokia 5140 in blue on the picture and a comment saying avalible in blue. so i thought great, i'll get this because i wanted the blue nokia 5140. so 3 days later i got my phone, i was very impressed with the speed and service of the delivery but when i opened it was the RED ONE!! So i called customer services and they were very helpfull, so now i am sending the phone back and hopfully t-mobile-gear will send me the blue nokia 5140.

I've had my eye on the Panasonic X70 for some time and after reseraching I found t-mobile-gear from Google search who offered the most competitive price. At first I was having doubt about t-mobile-gear's credibility, but I was proved worng as I found out that the website is really informative and useful. I then rang up t-mobile-gear and was told that the phone was in stock. So I decided to place my order on Friday around 4pm and I got my phone the next day (Sat) 8.30am!!! Though a bit frustrated to be woken up so early but I'm absolutely excited at getting my hand on the phone! Many thanks to t-mobile-gear for the top-class service and will definitely recommend to anyone who wish to purchase mobile phones!!!
