I have used t-mobile-gear before i decided to look at Telecom web site orderd the same phone becuase it was £8.00 cheaper they stated free delivery and next day delivery ( what a joke they was going to charge me £6.00 delivery after 5 days still no Phone sent them 3 e-mails they did not respond i had to phone them up and i am working in West Africa they then told me they did not have the phone in stock. I contacted t-mobile-gear for availability & delivery time e-mail back within 10 minutes answer yes 2 to 3 days delivery Placed the order Phone arrived 3 days later Excelent service will use again not worth all the hasel to save £8.00. I e-mailed from West Africa and within 3 days i had recieved the Phone. I fully recomend. T. J. Hassell

Your VAT forms(format) are no longer accepted for processing by the customs at the airports. You may have to change over to the more modern and acceptable procedures where one can easily collect cash refunds(Travellex etc) at the airport on departure if you are sincere in refunding VAT to your overseas customers.
